Our story began back in 1995, but its roots go much deeper — into the life and work of our grandfather, Slobodan Mihajlović. He was a man who dedicated his entire life to the craft of butchery. His commitment, skill, and respect for every cut of meat laid the foundation for everything we have today. Grandpa Slobodan passed his knowledge down to his sons, and now the third generation — his grandchildren — continue to preserve and grow what he started, with the same passion, respect, and love for the craft.

Today, we are a meat processing business that has been successfully operating and growing for over three decades. Our production follows all modern standards, but we have never strayed from what matters most — a traditional, homegrown approach, time-tested recipes, and handcrafted methods. We believe that true quality lies in the blend of modern control and the familiar, old-fashioned flavor.

Quality begins on the farm and ends in the hands of the master.

We work closely with experienced food technologists, master butchers, and people who live and breathe this craft. Together, we’ve perfected the processes of smoking, drying, salting, and preparation — because we know that a quality product can only be made when every detail is approached with care. Our beef comes exclusively from local farmers in the Jagodina area, who have been raising cattle for years. We personally collect the meat using our own truck, carefully selecting only the best — because we know it all starts with the raw ingredient.

Our goal is simple: for every bite of our products to reflect the tradition, effort, and dedication behind it all. For people to recognize the difference between mass production and true craftsmanship. To feel what it means when a trade is passed down from generation to generation — preserved, nurtured, and refined over time.
