Our Srem sausage carries the spirit of tradition along with the mark of true expertise. The recipe comes straight from the Srem region, and two top-level food technologists worked on developing this product — to create a sausage with rich flavor, natural texture, and outstanding quality.
We make it exclusively from pure, first-grade pork and beef. Every step of the preparation is approached with care and experience, relying on proven techniques and a recipe that has been cherished for years in the Srem region.
The smoking process is cold, long-lasting, and done exclusively over beechwood, at low temperatures that preserve the meat’s natural qualities. The result is a cured meat product with full flavor, authentic aroma, and a traditional homemade texture — just the way a true Srem sausage should be.
