Pork neck is one of those products that demand knowledge, time, and a good instinct. Having quality meat isn’t enough — it takes experience to bring out the best in every piece. We’ve been making this product for years, and with every bite, that expertise and dedication can truly be felt.
We use a rich, beautifully marbled cut of pork, cold-smoked over beechwood at temperatures up to 20°C. The process takes as long as needed for the meat to retain its natural juiciness while developing a full smoky aroma. We don’t dry it out completely — the goal is to keep it tender, melting in your mouth, and delivering that authentic homemade delight.
Everything is done in our own production, by hand, without rushing, and according to principles we've upheld for over 30 years. Our pork neck isn’t just a delicacy — it’s the result of craftsmanship, flavor, and patience.
